"At 41 and in "mid-life" I was in need of improving my fitness and overall health. It was now or never.
I had a glimmer of motivation but knew that to give this life and take it forward I would need help. I joined Your Fitness gym and sought out a personal trainer to help me get started - Kryssi Marriott was recommended by the gym staff.
I met Kyrssi and explained my humble goals - lose some weight, get fitter, improve my strength of mind. I did not want to become a slave to the gym or compete on the track.
One year on and I have smashed my weight and fitness goals. As well as improving my fitness, I have improved my performance at work and am getting a lot more from family life.

"...I , like most women, was feeling a bit down and low on energy. A friend suggested getting back into exercise and recommended training with Kryssi. I had a toddler at that time and found it hard to fit in work and child minding commitments. Having the option of doing a 30min training session outside was a great solution.
In the first few months, I worked out with a buddy and our training sessions were different every time. I felt good, my energy returned and I felt a lot more confident as my body started to tone up! About a year ago, I convinced my husband to start coming with me to Kryssi twice a week . It was a great relationship boost as we get time together, exercise, laugh a lot and have something in common.
