GETFIT bootcamp is a unique fitness training program consisting of high intensity training methods designed to challenge all fitness levels. Classes are conducted in an outdoor group environment and focus on improving aerobic fitness, increasing strength and maximizing fat loss.
Bootcamp training sessions involve interval fitness and circuit training, bodyweight and functional training, running drills, medicine ball and sandbag training and speed and agility drills. Sessions are based on high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) methods as coached by trainers on the Biggest Loser.
Be prepared to challenge yourself and achieve serious results, whilst training in a highly motivational group environment surrounded by like like minded people with similar goals.
Our type of training is not something you've expeienced before..it's hard, it's real and it WORKS.
GETFIT bootcamp courses are held week day mornings at 5.45am and vary in duration from 3 to 6 weeks. Sessions are 45 minutes. Training spots are limited and bookings are essential.
